Early access
The product is in early access. Access is by invitation from the founder and is agreed in conversation. Until written terms are signed, features, limits and prices can change, and the service may be interrupted or withdrawn.
Reports and AI-written text
Reports are built from data pulled from the platforms an agency connects, and the summary is drafted by an AI model. The agency is responsible for reviewing every report before it is shared with a client and for what it sends.
Third-party platforms
Google and Meta are named only as sources of data. AltoReport is not affiliated with or endorsed by either. The agency must have the right to connect each account it connects, and each platform's own terms apply to its data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the product to access accounts you are not entitled to, to attack or overload it, or to send unlawful content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is during early access, and Mazacode LTDA is not liable for indirect losses. This clause will be replaced by the reviewed text.
Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Florianópolis/SC.
