Client reports for marketing agencies, drafted from the numbers and ready to send

AltoReport connects each client's Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Ads and Google Ads, pulls the period's metrics, drafts the written summary and recommendations, and delivers the report under your agency's name.

  • You review before the client sees it
  • Four data sources reach the report
  • Early access, by invitation
The problem

The report is due, and the numbers live in four tabs

What reporting usually looks like at an agency with a roster of clients.

Copying numbers by hand

Sessions from one tool, spend from another, clicks from a third. Every client, every month, pasted into a template.

A summary nobody has time to write

The numbers are the easy part. Explaining what changed against last month is what takes the afternoon.

A PDF that looks like someone else's

The client should see the agency's name and colors, not a tool's logo on every page.

Feedback by email thread

The client replies to one section, a second person replies to another, and nobody knows which version was approved.

How it works

Connect once, then generate each period

Three steps, in the order the product runs them.

  1. Step 1

    Connect each client's accounts

Connect Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Ads and Google Ads for the client. Access tokens are stored encrypted.

  2. Step 2

    Pick a period and generate

AltoReport pulls the metrics for the dates you choose, compares them with the previous report when there is one, and asks Claude for a two-paragraph summary and three recommendations. You read it and edit before anything is shared.

  3. Step 3

    Deliver it under your name

Send a share link or a web report on any plan. On paid plans, add a PDF with your agency name and brand color, and schedule it weekly, monthly or quarterly.

What a report reads

Four sources that reach the report today

Each source brings the metrics below. Other platforms can be connected, but a report does not read them yet, and it says so instead of showing zeros.

Client review

Comments, revisions and approval in one place

Each client gets a private portal link. They can react to a report, ask for a revision or approve it, and you see which version was approved.

Who it is for

Agencies that owe clients a report every month

The fit depends on where your clients' numbers live.

A good fit

  • You report on paid and organic performance for several clients.
  • Your clients' data sits in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Ads or Google Ads.
  • You want the first draft written for you and the final say kept by you.

Not yet

  • Your reports depend on a platform outside those four. It can be connected, but it will not appear in the report.
  • You need a public self-serve sign-up today. Access is by invitation for now.

Questions

What agencies ask first

Can I sign up and try it today?
Not yet. AltoReport is in early access and I add agencies one at a time. Message me on WhatsApp, tell me how many clients you report on, and we agree whether it fits.
Which platforms does a report read?
Four: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads and Google Ads. Other platforms can be connected in the product, but they are shown as not yet supported in reports and are never counted as zeros. The metrics for each source are listed here.
Does the AI make up numbers?
The summary prompt tells the model to use only numbers from the report data or computed from them, and not to cite industry benchmarks. A person should still read every summary before it goes to a client, and the product expects that: you review first, then share.
What do my clients receive?
A share link and a web version of the report, an email with the report, and on paid plans a PDF with your agency name and brand color. Clients can also open a review portal to comment, request a revision or approve.
Can the reports go out on a schedule?
Yes, on paid plans. A schedule sends weekly, monthly or quarterly, on the day you choose, to the recipients you set for each client.
In which language are the summaries written?
English, Portuguese, Spanish or French, chosen per client. The product screens and this site are in English.
What does it cost?
The plans configured in the product are Free, Pro at $149 a month and Agency at $299 a month. Billing is not switched on yet, so during early access we agree terms directly. Plan details.

Send me a message and tell me about your clients
